- Tangible and intangible benefits of Advance 5S at micro and macro levels.
- 5S implementation strategy for both manufacturing and service sectors.
- Guideline to develop effective Advance 5S training module.
- Guideline to develop Advance 5S manual in order to facilitate successful 6S implementation.
- Self assessment tool for 5S health check
- Change agents skills and auditing skills for 5S instructors.
- Challenges in Advance 5S implementation and how to overcome them.

Evaluation Process:
Submission of completed 5S manual, individual presentation, assignment and written test.
A certificate for participation is offered to every participant who attends all three classes.
