Entry Qualifications:
- Those who have successfully completed the IPM Certificate Course in HRM OR
- Three Passes in G.C.E. (A/L) examination in one sitting with three years executive experience in a reputed organization OR
- Graduate of a UGC recognized University/Full Professional Qualification from a Professional Institute which is accepted by IPM
