General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University is a member of the Association of Commonwealth Universities and International Association of Universities offers wide range of masters degree programme for Tri-Service officers, Police Officers, Public & Private sector executives.

The Masters Degree Programmes are 2 years academic education for part time basis of below

• Master of laws
• MSc in Electrical Engineering
• MSc in Electronic & Telecommunication Engineering

The duration of all the programmes are two years and lectures will be held once a fortnight at KDU. The medium of instruction is Engish.
