For Whom?

Persons who wish to obtain professional qualifications in the Service Management field and those who wish to engage in professions in the Service Management field

A Few Selected Professions

Insurance, Communication, Media Service, Tourism, Marketing and Distribution, Education, Customer Service, Public Administration, Security Service and Other Service Organizations

Students who successfully complete the 1^st year of the MSc and do not wish to proceed for the 2^nd year of the course will be awarded a Post-graduate Diploma in Service Management

Diploma in Service Management (DSMgt)

Minimum Qualifications

GCE (A/L) or GCE (O/L) six passes with 03 credits and 02 years working experience or any other qualifications accepted by this Institute

Course duration: 01 Year

Course fee: Rs.60,000

Medium : English/Sinhala (by lingual)

Executive Diploma in Service Management

Minimum Qualifications

Pass GCE (A/L) and 05 Years post qualifying working experience or any other qualifications accepted by this Institute

Course duration: 01 Year

Course fee: Rs.90,000

Medium: English/Sinhala (by lingual)

M.Sc in Service Management

Minimum Qualifications

A Degree from a recognized University or any other qualifications accepted by this Institute

Course duration: 02 Years

Course fee: Rs.250,000

Medium : English/Sinhala (two parallel courses)
