University of Moratuwa invites applications for the MBA in Management of Technology courses for 2017 intakes. This is an ideal opportunity for a person who has an immense passion in seeking knowledge in management which is rich in technology aspects.

MBA in Management of Technology is not just another MBA. This two-year degree programme is designed to teach you how to operate effectively in a dynamic technological and business environment and to manage technology assets strategically for competitiveness and sustainable growth.

16 course modules, including Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, Technology Management, International Technology Transfer, Management of Innovation and R&D, Social Shaping of Technology and Business Process Management are taught by experts from both academia and industry in a dynamic and interactive style.

Lectures will be conducted on three weekdays(5.30pm- 8.30pm) at a convenient location in Colombo city and Saturdays (8.30am-6.30pm) at University of Moratuwa.

Entry Qualification

An honors bachelor’s degree of the University of Moratuwa or any other four (04) year degree from a recognized University as may be approved by the Senate with a minimum of one (01) year period of appropriate experience. Or

Any three (03) year degree from a recognized University as may be approved by the Senate with a minimum of two (02) year period of appropriate experience or

Any recognized category of membership of a recognized professional institute obtained through an academic route as may be approved by the Senate with a minimum of two (02) year period of appropriate experience as may be approved by the Senate.
