• Quality, defects, inspection, quality control, quality assurance
• Customer expectations and importance of satisfying customers
• Controlling quality at different stages of garment manufacturing
• Identification of reasons for sewing defects and how to prevent them
• Quality auditing with AQL
• Tally charts, trend charts. Pareto analysis, cause and effect diagram
• Introduction to Statistical Process Control (SPC)

Entry Requirements
1 year’s experience in a QA department or
2 years’ experience in the Clothing Industry
