The BTEC HND in Law delivered by BCAS Campus is awarded by the Edexcel, UK. Major portion of the curriculum is contextualized on existing legal system in Sri Lanka. The student is assessed through Examination (Open and Closed books). Time Controlled Assessment, scenario based course works., Written and viva voce examinations plus presentations.

On successful completion of the HND, the students are accepted for LLB (Hons) top-up which is again delivered locally for the University of Wolverhampton. UK. This degree awarded by the said university has been recognized by the Council of Legal Education, Sri Lanka making way for the students for direct entry to the Sri Lanka Law College.

The flying faculty of the UK University is substantially involved in the delivery process while the assess ments and examinations are exclusively conducted by the university itself. This set-up gives the local students a harmonious blend of local and international learning experience as the students enjoy lectures delivered by the flying faculty with the online library facility made available.
