Institute for the Development of Commercial law and Practice invites applications for the Short Course on Commercial Arbitration on 29^th January 2015.

The Short Course on Commercial Arbitration is focus on Arbitration Law & Procedure under Act No 11 of 1995. Conducting Arbitration Proceedings, Introduction to International Arbitration Rules, New York Convention, Adjudication & Construction Arbitration, Investment Arbitration expedited Arbitration etc.

The Short Course on Commercial Arbitration is more suited to Corporate Lawyers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, in – house Counsel. CEOs, COOs etc. the short course is schedule on Thursday & Friday from 4.45 Pm to 6.45Pm total of 20 Hours for Rs. 30,000.00 investment.

Short Course on Commercial Arbitration commencement will be 29^th January 2015.
